To answer my own question, yes he is indeed Apostolic.  He does 
attend Bishop Tyson's church in Indianapolis as someone mentioned
earlier, and he is also a fine dentist, so says Bro Mooney.  A question
was brought to me last night to the name of his company, Tyscot..
could that be Tyson and Scott combined to make Tyscot?
