Oh I know!... I'm truly sorry if I barked an answer to the comments...
I just grabbed the opportunity to speak on behalf of some of my heros!

These services can be a drag, and people are often not moved as thoey
ough to be, but many times this might be corrected by a prayerful
preparation and a little discussion including some diary pages out of
the life of a typical missionary, followed by a not so subtle "how
would you like to trade places ??" :)
