A person who I have been friends with for many years recently dropped on
me
a bombshell. We were talking about certain things and he stated, "I see
nothing
wrong with a O'Douls with a pizza once and awhile." This same person
also
made mention that they see nothing wrong with "a little" wine now and
then.
Now, O'douls is a non-alcoholic beer.

Well listen to the Spirit of freedom ministries, who are also Online.
They will tell you that near beer and non-alcholic beer is the greatest
thing to the beer companies. I remember that my wife was so overwhelmed
at how good home made root beer tasted. I explained to her that the taste
was very close to the real beer I used to drink before I came to God. All
it takes to get a recovered Alcoholic to drink again is one beer. Now a
saved Alcoholic is another story. :)
In another light, I used to work with a man who was a elder is a JW
"church". The non saved co-workers said that they wondered how he could
sit down and have beers after work and I never did. They then told me
they appreciated my stand.
