I see it as a seed being planted.  When the good unadulterated word
is mixed with truth and a willing heart, then it springs forth fruit.
Some 30, some 60, some an hundred fold.  Not always when the seed is
planted is the fruit of the labor seen.  You never can tell when 
the light bulb of revelation will finally have the power switch 
to it flipped on.
