I am very skeptical about the microchip thing, but I have seen ID microchips
for dogs that can be read over WAN's firsthand. I gave a brochure to my
pastor and even read parts of it to our church. 

It only costs $25 bucks to get your dog tagged with a microchip under it's skin,
the animal hospital two blocks has been doing it routinely for months!
