I stand corrected. The win 95 client isn't the most exciting though. NCSA's 
client for the Mac was probably one of the friendliest Telnet clients for those 
who had never used Telnet before that I've seen.

There are so many options now: IRC, ICQ, AIM, non-IRC chat, MOO's, POWWOW, that 
a person can go batty trying to stay up on all of them or stay in touch with 
friends who all use different ones :~[

But hey, if there weren't different standards and products...I don't know what 
it would be like :-)
