I will be back sometime down the road to the same old arguments about hair
and beards and TV and.... all that (ahem) Menial Melangue (How's that?).

I am encouraged to see and hear people standing up and not in a mean 
fashon
but a firm one.

As for me, I have other foes and other conquests ahead in the Lord!

Also we must not forget the old tithes dust that comes out once in awhile.
I sure miss them days when the list had poems that would lift my heart
towards heaven and tears would flood my eyes. Or the victory and praises
reports that I would read. But lately I have been put my delete key to
work. As I sat back to read a few of the emails this poem came to my
heart. Now I don't claim to be a poet! But there are times when the
Spirit of the Lord would move upon me in a way that a poem will flow
from my pen. Enjoy

The Spirit that once dwelt within now sits out in the rain.
Soilders in the field fight the enemy within.
A battle that one cannot win.

Victory hung upon the cross for us.
Lay down one's pride and pickup meekness.
For the battle is won, the victory is ours to behold.

Drive forth the darkness before you, lay hold onto enternal life.
Many will come, yet some will go.
It is the ones that we will never know.

Yet He calls each one by their names, His sacred hands lead us
to the battle field.
The field of training for the souls of the lost.

So come forth from the darkness and lay hold onto His word.
Lay aside the deceit and lies that men spring forth before you feet.
The snare of death and senceless doctrine that is set forth to
destory within.

The division of the body is death!
Wherein truth is life.
Come forth my children and behold the beauty of my word.
For it is life and you shall know that I am the keeper of your souls.
