Greetings in Jesus Name,
On 15 Sep 1998 Bro. Timothy Litteral <brotim@gte.net>
wrote on Imputed Righteousness.

Floyd replies:
Bro. Tim, these remarks are not about you. I am not a good
writer because I have trouble hooking my brain to my fingers
when I type. If I offend you, it is through ignorance and not
intent.
While I will NOT attack the messenger I will attack the above
stated message. Is it important what Floyd thinks? Not really,
except to Floyd. It is important that we all understand what
righteousness is, who it comes from and especially HOW we
become righteous.
Bro. Tim stated:
>It never is and never was the righteousness of Jesus
>imputed TOO you, but your becoming righteous because
>of your faith which you then prove by you deeds.
Floyd replies:
If Jesus doesn't impute Righteousness to you, and it is your
deeds that procure it then it is self Righteousness. And we
all know about the "filthy rags".
The Lord God said in Ezekiel 36:26-27
26 A new heart also will I give you, and a new spirit will I
put within you: and I will take away the stony heart out of
your flesh, and I will give you an heart of flesh.
27 And I will put my spirit within you, and cause you to walk
in my statutes, and ye shall keep my judgments, and do them.
(KJV)
We don't have righteousness until the Lord gives us a new heart
of flesh and puts His Spirit in us. Then we are Holy and can walk
in His statutes.
I love you Bro. Tim.

So I'll worship only at the feet of Jesus. His cup alone-my Holy Grail.
There'll be no other gods before Him. Just Jesus only will never fail.
