I had some friends who attended a Pentecostal church (not Oneness) who
continued to give their tithes to the minister at that church even when it
was discovered that he was using money to bail out his brother in business.
Their rational was "God expects me to give. Once it leaves my hand its not
my responsibility." This may be true if you don't know what is going on, but
in their case they did. Luckily the man was removed and disciplined, but
only becaue enough people stopped paying tithes there. Their organizatin
noticed the drop in funding and took a closer look.
