Anneliese,

I have a friend who graduated from MIT last year and lives in Silver Springs, 
MD.  She's very involved in her local church (UPC) and is very willing to
help college students.  She actually received the Holy Ghost while she was
at school here in Boston.  If it's okay with you, I'll forward her your
email and she can contact you about churches in the area.  She's not actually
in Baltimore, but knowing her, she would make sure that your sister has a way
to get to church.
