<< If you are talking about "But I say unto you, That whosoever looketh on a
woman to lust after her hath committed adultery in his heart." How
about: " Whosoever hateth his brother is a murderer: and ye know that no
murderer hath eternal life abiding in him." 1 John3:15

If we are going to equate thought with the actual deed, we would have to
put all those that hate their brother in prison for murder. It is my
opinion that Jesus was trying to proclaim how God feels when we do these
things and that we must take our thoughts and attitudes seriously.

I am glad the law doesn't get involved in it aren't you. At least we know
that God loves us. At to address the statement below, is to say that as a man
thinketh in his heart so is he. Your actions are the fruit of your thoughts.

I see fornication as *only* the actual deed and not the thought. The
thought, however, is sin that needs to be repented of. >>

Pastor Fitzgerel
Its the thought that prompts the action. Had it not been in the thought
process, it would never have been committed. Besides, now is this
dispensation we have the Holy Ghost and God can help us keep our thoughts, by
the renewing of our mind.
