Is all worng. It says that our deeds done in obedience to that which God
states will save us is counted ***FOR*** RIGHTEOUSNESS. There is none
righteous, no, not one... Seems I have heard that. When we conform to the
image of Christ, the deeds that conform us, the biggest of these being
repentance, continual free repentance of sins, are accounted ***AS***
righteousness. Righteous is never imputed to anyone. ;-)

Bro. Tim it is my understanding in studying the scriptures regarding these
verses that when through obedience to God's word that God declares us to be
righteous, than that is the act of God imputing His righteousness to us. In
other words, we are only righteous because though faith we obeyed the Word of
God and it was counted unto us for righteousness. I think we are straining at
a Nat, and could very possibly be saying the same thing here, but if that be
the case, it is probably an accident, right.
