And MOST IMPORTANTLY, do we blindly ASSUME that everyone who is called a
 Pastor is following Christ?

If your Pastor is fundamentally sound on the essential doctrine and you attend
the Church that he pastors, yes I believe that you should follow him.  But if
he doesn't believe the fundamental message of salvation, than go somewhere
else.

 If not, then what is a Saint "allowed" to question in a Pentecostal Church?

A saint is allowed to question anything they don't understand.  We are
commanded to teach the word of God with all long suffering and patience.  The
fact that some err, in no way excuses us from following the man of God.  I
would rather be in any saints shoes, than a man of God that has erred.
