I noticed that you capitalized the word "Ground"...surely you don't
believe that is Holy Ground, do you?

That is the only Person that we can say that about.

David is an EXCELLENT example of what we are talking about. Saul was
given the authority, yet when Saul attempted to misuse that authority and
go over God's head, David was allowed to defend himself in front of his
countrymen, as well as gathering the support of his countrymen, as well
as fight back against Saul's forces. I can agree with that. No one
should be "gunning for" any Pastor, but if a Pastor (singular) chooses to
willfully misuse his Calling, then we are allowed to defend ourselves in
the presence of our countrymen.
I also agree that it is serious and should not be taken except all the
Biblical steps in correction have been fulfilled.

So it is now "high and mighty" to merely QUESTION the limits of Pastoral
authority? I would say THAT giving Pastors the authority claimed by the
Catholic Pope (which is the endgame of such a literal consideration) is
far more dangerous than the ability to question motives, especially since
Pastors are mortal.
>Also, Jesus said " A house divided against it's self CAN NOT stand
No one here has said anything about revolting against Pastors en masse.
