Great story... If only this happened all the time. I have listened to a
pastor that was over me. Almost to the destruction of my family. I am
now at a church, where the Pastor does tell me things. Though he does it
in love, with the option for me not to do it. The other Pastor just
expected me to do it. There was no options. 

The difference, the delivery.... Thats all, the delivery. Even God does
not tell us to do something without giving the option of not listening.
Its our chose, our option, and our salvation that we deal with. If you
expect people to obey you, then you need to give the option of not
listening....
