AMEN!!!!!!!! All it really comes down to is that the individual is responsible
for how he/she uses technology- TV, internet or whatever. BTW, I dont have a
TV....but I came from a more liberal APostolic church originallly that had  no
problem with video or TV....in fact, somewhere out there is a video floating
around with my baptism on it. That local church used to video their baptismal
services. BTW, when I mention this to UPC friends (Im UPC now) this is
mindblowing to some of them. I dont feel any more or less holy with or with
out it (TV).
