I'm sure the situation does exist where there's a oneness apostolic minister
that is a child molester.  Probably by local/state laws prohibited from being
a pastor ... but allowed to be a licensed minister.  The same goes for a 
minister that's a thief or any other criminal.

These folk, with lessor moral character, probably ought not to be put into a
position where they can make church policy let alone be trusted with innocent
saints kids/posessions.
