As a leader in the Church, agreed; we need to be in unity, but as a
saint, I privately question the Pastor at times.

So that they'll be caught off guard by people of other faiths? You
should have seen my little brother's faith get crushed when he started
repeating what he heard a faith preacher say at school. That was the
last time he was serious in Church after the tongue lashing he got.
(BTW, he was claiming that he could FLY; he just needed the faith; the
guys in PE had him on a bench trying to fly.)

They need to be taught the ULTIMATE authority lies in the Word of God and
EVERYTHING, regardless of origin has to line up with the Word, even the
Pastor.

Let me make sure I have this right: You advocate putting GOD on trial
but not the local Pastor?
