Bummer.........always the problem with sharp wit and thin skin (BIG HUGE
SMILEY!!!!!) ;-) (AND A WINK TO BOOT!!!!!!!)
For reals, though, I read that as a joke and a nudge in the ribs at ya.
There is a saying that familiarity breeds contempt, Maybe that was, in
light of your many accomplishments ;-> as a singer, slightly to familiar of
Bro Reed to make that kind of statement to
you................Hmmmmmmm........come to think about it, I seem to
remember a thread here that was dealing with Saints on this list talking to
Pastors on this list in a rather similar, not exact, but similar tone of
familiarity. And not being NEARLY as jestful as Bro Reed was with you.
Which brings to mind the question, Should we take Pastors on this list to
task, for things that we have witnessed other Pastors do that we do not
agree with, but what said Pastors seem to agree with other said Pastors, on
certian said issues????? In other words do we roast a guy, because we feel
he represents that which we are angered by, solely by association?? Or
could this be construde as familiarity?
