 Mike b4:
I do not believe (and it is not taught here) that TV
watching will send you to hell,

 Tim:
HALLELUJAH!!! I praise God that there is this small change in you!!! When
I left the list, you stated that the Holy Ghost had shown you just the
opposite!

  Mike:
I challenge you to find that in the archives. I have never, nor will I ever
say that watching TV will send you to Hell.

 Tim:
Can we please stop with the "If you don't have MY standards, you don't have
ANY standards" *refuse*???

 Mike:
Man, I'm sorry. I thought all this time you have been haranguing me and
others you seem to feel are being duped into submitting to "man made"
standards. My whole point is, you have standards (whether you admit it or
not) and so do I. So why do keep on about those of us submitting to (for lack
of a better word) higher standards?

 Tim:
Those things that you spoke of are NONE OF THE
CHURCHES BUSINESS. It is up to the PARENTS to teach and decide when and HOW
there children (mine won't do it at all, if they obey me!).

 Mike:
Let me let you in on a little secret Tim. My pastor is my pastor because *I*
allow him to pastor me. The people that attend my church allow him to pastor
them. There is nobody forcing me to go to that church. I go there because I
like it there. I know what I tell my kids and I am not sure what (if
anything) other people tell their kids. For that reason I am glad there is a
pastor that preaches those things. Did you hear that Tim? **I** am glad.
Apparently those other people are glad too or they would go somewhere else.

 Tim:
 You just
can't get it through you head that the ONLY authority the church or even God
for that matter will exercise on a person in regard to their salvation is
the Word which they must then: <huge cannon expolding, fireworks going off,
major earth quake, lightening flashing, and THUNDER, followed by deafening
silence>.........................

Choose.

 Mike:
WATCH OUT FOR THAT LOOSE CANNON FOLKS!!!
I think I do have that "through [my] head." It is obvious that you have not
listened to any of my previous postings. I am not sure if there is any point
in going on, but if there is a glimmer of hope that you might now pay
attention I will try one more time. Standards are *not* a heaven or Hell issue
with me or any one else that attends my church. We realize that you are saved
by grace not by your works, not by your standards. Please read that last
sentence three or four more times before you respond to any of my posts.
