No problem.  There were Hebrews all over the known world (remember the
devout
men out of every nation)?  There was more than one congregation, each
congregation having a pastor, thus, "them."

Tim:
Not that it makes any difference to you, but the rest of us, well me anyway,
would like to see the Bible verses for this....

 I base this statement on:
Acts 2:5
5	And there were dwelling at Jerusalem Jews, devout men, out of every nation
under heaven.
 
 Three thousand of those received the Holy Ghost that day alone.  I know some
of this is supposition, but do you think they all stayed in Jerusalem, or did
they go back home after the Feast of Pentecost? 
We know there must have been Jews in Galatia because that is who was trying to
bewitch them.
