That is a fact ... but I've also got *another* in training. We'll
introduce the jr. owner 2nd class at a later time.

I think the KJV mention was of a humourous nature... much like the
two posts recently about the two perfect churches.
The last time we had a discussion on HAIR, it had to be eventually clamped
down on becaue the tempers hit the ceiling ... there was much ugliness with
it in it's last discussion.
>The postings do not say anything new. And the attitudes are almost
unhealthy.
I'm not so sure about that. I think if there was a way to measure the volume
and extent of the postings recently. I say that some of the stuff was new
takes and new angles on old subjects already talked about.
However, the thing I'm currently encouraged about with the current discussions
is the fact that the discussions are staying pretty much on subject (maybe a
little wandering) and there's really not a really bad attitude that's rampant
in any of the postings. People seem to be talking "discussions, ideas, and
thoughts" instead of calling their brothers complete and ultimate idiots and
questioning their salvation, etc.
The posts of the last few days... have been some of the better series of
posts we've had in a while. Decent attitudes. Good points. Tempers not
out of control, humorous to prove a point, sad sometimes. Good range.
Kudos to the group.
If I have to apologize for something, is the list volume currently. Until
just this morning at about 2:30am, the list was open to unlimited e-mail
message distribution since last weekend (or the previous weekend). I think
yesterday's digest had over 60+ separate messages in it. To me, that's too
much. There were probably already 10-15 approved for today (Friday 4-Sep-98)
before I sent in the command to limit the number of messages to a maximum of
45. So, today (you'll get this on Saturday) on Friday there'll probably be
about 60 messages again, but on the morrow (probably the day you get this
message ... Saturday 5-Sep-98) we should be back down in the 40's of posts
distributed to the list.
>Instead of the posters have been reduced to three main, and

Yeah... the list membership needs to watch a couple of things ...
1) try and limit the total number of messages you post in a single day
... try to keep it between 4 - 8 messages total, with no more than
a post or two across each thread you respond.
2) try and not re-post so much of the previous post that you're replying
to. This list has been pretty bad lately about posting too much stuff
back to the list. The next time I see this after ya'll get this message,
I'll probably go through the roof and start zotting messages because many
of ya'll are posting messages that have between 1 and 4 lines of your new
words or comments with 40, 50, 60, 80, or 100 lines of previously viewed
stuff. Posts that say "amen" without any new substance will be zotted.
Posts that should be private will be zotted (being as some messages really
shouldn't be sent to the list ... like amen-only posts).
