Well, I'm not a pastor, but I'll try to answer your questions anyway.

Absolutely!

Absolutely!
> What do we do, when we find a Pastor in error?
" Rebuke not an elder, but entreat him as a father." 1 Tim.5:1
The first thing we need to consider is that maybe *we* are in error. We
should seek God over the issue and if we feel right in the Spirit, we
should confront him as a father.
> What do we do, When the Pastor states he does not care, It's

" Moreover if thy brother shall trespass against thee, go and tell him
his fault between he and thee alone: if he shall hear thee, thou hast
gained thy brother. But if he will not hear thee, then take with thee
one or two more, that in the mouths of two or three witnesses every word
may be established. And if he neglect to hear them, tell it to the
church: but if he neglect to hear the church let him be unto thee as an
heathen man and a publican." Matt 18:15-17 So a person should go to him
alone first. After that they should take one or two more.( All the
while restraining the tongue from gossipping about it to all who will
listen.) After that "taking it to the church", in my opinion would mean
taking it to a higher authority as in the presbyter. ( If it is a saint
a person is dealing with I think taking it to the pastor is "taking it to
the church")
> What should a Pastor do when a saint refuses to obey the Word

>God, and the CONVICTION of the Pastor?
" To deliver such an one unto Satan for the destruction of the flesh ,
that his spirit may be saved in the day of the Lord Jesus" 1 Cor. 5:5
Refusing to obey the Word of God has stiff penalties.
> Should a Pastor have the right to impose HIS own CONVICTIONS

Yes.
> If So, where do the lines on Pastoral Authority get drawn?
I think that if a pastor is submissive himself to his authorities he
will not put a big yoke on people's necks. Since the whole idea is to
"obey them that have the rule over you", a pastor should first be an
example of this. Why would a pastor want to be part of an organization
that he is too "spiritual" for? If he has an abundance of "spiritual
revelations" above and beyond the norm, I would question it. If it is
basically what we believe and teach, them he is probably a man of God
watching for your soul and might require some things of his congregation
for their spiritual good.
> Is there any limit?
Definitley.
> What rights/responsibilities do the saints of God have over
>their own salvation?
" Work out your own salvation with fear and trembling". We must seek
God and "Be ready to give an answer". We need to be confident in what we
believe and teach. We must "study to shew thyself approved unto God".
The thing about it is that no one can obtain the balance needed without
the Holy Ghost and continual walking in the Spirit. Knowing God and
seeking His face is of utmost importance in these subjects. If we are in
a situation as stated above where the pastor is choking people with
"Superspirituality" it will take time for someone to break out of it.
These kinds of yokes are not easily broken. " Is not this the fast that
I have chosen? to loose the bands of wickedness, to undo the heavy
burdens, and to let the oppressed go free, and that ye break every
yoke?" Is. 58:6 We can't change the world in a day. We can only change
ourselves and make sure *we* are right and then and only then will God
open doors to step through to break yokes of bondage. This is why folks
on *both* sides of the issue ( Since we have liberals and conservatives.)
need to make *sure* we are right and not just going and trying to change
things in the flesh.
