	There  are times that the brakes needs to be applied. There are
times that FLESH gets in the way of GOOD spitiual conversation. When
that happens it is good to apply the brakes, at least for a season. Then
after a time allow it to start again. I have noticed that the MODERATORS
don't kill threads and ban topics. The apply the brakes and after a
COOLING OFF period, they allow it to start again.

	THIS IS A GOOD POLICY FOR A GROUP LIKE THIS. :>)
