> Could you in good conscience say
> the public system presents a good path for the child to walk in?

No, and I think you took what I said earilier out of context.
I don't like public schools. As a matter of fact, I hated all the
public schools I went to. That is why I also said that I don't think I
would want my children, if I had children, to go to public school. But,
it did make me stronger in my faith. I know these schools are getting worse
and they present a bad influence to kids. But, I myself wouldn't want my
kids to be totally oblivious to the dangers of this world. For them to think
that all this world is is home and church would be to keep them in the dark.

Do you have any written sources, or is this just a general statement?

Oh yeah, where did your son go to college?

> To me the biggest arguement for home school is keeping the children from
> being indoctrinated with humanistic values and from being exposed to the
> peer pressure from fellow classmates who have little moral direction.

Have I SEEN the movie?!?! HAVE I SEEN the movie?!?! HAVE I SEEN THE
MOVIE?!?! I have seen the *trilogy* time and time and time again. They
are some of the best movies I have ever seen!!! I practically have the
script memorized, I watch them so much. I just love Star Wars! I just
thought that particular line was inspirational for me, seeing as I'm
trying to survive through college.
