They speak in tongues when they receive the Holy Ghost just like you!
John 3:8
8 The wind bloweth where it listeth, and thou HEAREST the sound thereof,
but canst not tell whence it cometh, and whither it goeth: so is every
one that is born of the Spirit.(KJV)
Acts 10:34 Then Peter opened his mouth, and said, Of a truth I perceive
that God is no respector of persons:(KJV)
No exceptions! God's no respector of persons! He made the tongue its
his spirit that gives the utterance not the person who receives the Holy
Ghost. He has to take control of the tongue of everyone who recieves
the Holy Ghost why would a deaf/mute be different? I speak from
experence.
