so, what, if anything, should be done about UPC spam?

I have stayed out of this topic for a few reason, But I would like to make a 
suggestion,Why not create ONE monthly FREE Apostolic Newsletter, with article pertaining 
to Apostolic topic on the Internet, then let these Advertizers pay a small fee to list 
there ads. Not only would this help cut back on the "spam"( Which I don't mind getting), 
But will bring together the Apostolic Community. I would propose that several of us 
write the articles and take care of the Newsletter.. Any Takers?
