I didn't catch the first posting of yours but the second one told me enough.
Your sentiments in this post about hurting people is very true.
The Lord has been talking with me about the *mask we wear* when we go to
church. Some ask "How are you?" and "we lie and say I'm doing alright..etc.
etc... One of my biggest peeves is that church people aren't real with each
other because they don't trust their bro. and sis. to not gossip!
How can I pray for you if you don't ask for prayer? Yes, we sometimes can
decern things in the Spirit. But generally it is a deeper wound by the time
some one finaly comes for prayer.
I can't help but feel that our ablity to trust each other with ourselves is
effecting our ablity to trust GOD. ........ Is this not HIS body?
If the toe gets hurt does not the hands reach to grasp it? While the eye
looks to see how it is wounded that It might know *how* to tend the wounded
member?
Yes, we are to use wisdom. But, *these are* my Bro.s and Sis.s, in the
sweet name of Jesus, who else am I to ask to share my load with, in order to
"speedily" gather strength. Even Elijah had an angel to come twice to
minister "bread" and "water" before he could gather enough strenght to even
go to the house of GOD.
What kind of Sister would I be if I didn't pray with and for my brethren? I
wouldn't be a very good *family* member! And I can't help but think as a
church family we should keep our churchs skeletons under the blood!
Your my Brother,.......
your my Sisiter.......
*let* me take you by the hand.
*together*
we will *work*
till Jesus comes
[and that included praying to help 'you' in 'your' walk as well]
And heaven knows I need Your prayers as well!!!
