Sister Kathy:
I have a realy serious question Folks.

In the course of time will a person reap for each time
they dish
something out or could it be that one large dose equals it all?

Me:
Gal 6
7: Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man
soweth, that shall he also reap. (KJV)

The key word here is "soweth" which means habitual planting.
Sow repentance for sins, reap repentance of judgment. Sow love
and charity, reap love and charity. Hide your sins from God and
He will "lose" His mercy......

It is a long term thing, Jesus really did pay it all. Once you
repent of a sin, God forgives it. You may still have to deal
with consequences, but these are to proclaim Him and not to
"punish" you. They may fall under the heading of "chastizement"
but this is to prevent you from dying and not to "get even" with
you.

Are there life long agonies for repented sins? Sometimes, but
the purpose is not to punish but that is what is needed to keep
you looking to Him.

Heb 12
11: Now no chastening for the present seemeth to be joyous, but
grievous: nevertheless afterward it yieldeth the peaceable fruit
of righteousness unto them which are exercised thereby. (KJV)

This is where I get MY exercise! THANK YOU JESUS!
