Steven paste and comments,
1 Pet 5:8 Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a
roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour:
To misquote the above verse leaves out a great meaning, "like" and "as"
are two very different words.
There is none like Jesus, Exo 8:10 And he said, To morrow. And he said,
Be it according to thy word: that thou mayest know that there is none
like unto the LORD our God.
"none like unto the LORD our God."

The Bible says "as" because the devil "as a roaring lion" is a deceiver,
the beguilder. But he can never be "like,"the Lion of the tribe of
Juda(Rev 5:5)
" there is none like Him.

2 Cor 11:14 And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an
angel of light.

Your servant for Jesus sake,
