Bro.

To tell the truth it is generally the womens long hair that catches the eye
of the vistors and the smile of welcome and the friendly greeting. In a
world where love and acceptance is a rare commodity, *weight* matters little
to a hungry heart.

In reality I have watched young girls in the church become so concerened
with the (revived) *twiggy* look that they fall into an extreme of vanity to
achieve it! I have counseled with my daughter many times about this same
issue. I have to reminder her that *boney* is not beautiful nor healthy,
where as having a healthy body that is formed well will be pleaseing to a
husband (Of whom the opinion matters most!) Not to mention for the carrying
of children during gestation time.

Our self esteem about our bodies can sometimes hinder the flow of the
Spirit. When we feel and think that "I am ugly, yucky, too fat, too skinny,
we think that God can not use such an imperfect vessel. Therefore I'm not a
successful TEMPLE!" The devil will do his best to try to turn us in to
helpless, useless saints. Know this therefore....I am fearfully and
wonderfully made......and blessed.
