Praise the Lord Bro. Dave!
Wow, many newbies on since I left, or are y'all 'lurkers'?

Me:
Exactly. Problem here is that this preassumes that the reason one is in
the assembly is to submit and learn from it and the "pastor" when God may
have different things in mind. Having done what you suggest before "firing
off" about what they should and shouldn't preach I have found that "some"
of what they teach falls into this catagory:
Mark 7:9
And he said unto them, Full well ye reject the commandment of God, that ye
may keep your own tradition.
Mark 7:13
Making the word of God of none effect through your tradition, which ye have
delivered: and many such like things do ye.
When one sees this, whether in the cangregation or not, why do many
consider it a sin to say as Jesus said:
Matthew 15:3
But he answered and said unto them, Why do ye also transgress the
commandment of God by your tradition?
You:
He is there to build you up in the sight of God, not to be bound by men's
opinions of what he should preach to the congregation, but to have full
liberty in Christ to follow His direction.
Me:
This is what is "supposed" to happen. I am not talking hypothetically
here, but addressing a real problem.
I have time today, so I will address this as God has shown me!
