The Pentecostal outpouring in Topeka, at Charles Parham's Bethel Bible
College, was in 1901 -- before the Azusa Street Revival of 1906-1913, and
well before revival of the Oneness message. Parham apparently did
personally perform baptisms in Jesus' name in the early 1900s, but neither
he nor his Apostolic Faith Movement held a Oneness view of the Godhead.
Parham's former student William Seymour was the key figure in the Azusa St.
Revival.
Revival of the message of Oneness and baptism in Jesus' name did not come
until 1913-1914, beginning with insight on the baptismal formula at the
Arroyo Seco camp meeting near Los Angeles.
If you have any info to the contrary regarding Topeka, I'd love to hear
about it!
