Greetings in the lovely name of Jesus!

As I was reading through all of the e-mail received from HF today, and
trying my best to "think" of what actions one could undertake to divert
the focus away from all of this discussion concerning the non-essential
"stuff" (tie or no-tie, beard or no beard, mustache or no mustache,
jewelry or no jewelry, men wearing short/long sleeve shirts, pants on
women, face powder or no face powder, etc., etc., etc., - and the list
seems to just go on and on), the thought "just a couple of questions"
came to mind. What might I be able to say which could cause everyone
utilizing this means of communications, to direct their attention toward
something which will prove to be more beneficial and edifying to every
participant within this forum? This "thinking" (and maybe I will live
long enough to regret doing such a thing..... "thinking," that is), but
it prompted me to ponder how others might respond to some rather
important questions which were once the basis for a lot of my Bible
studying (or, at least I "think" so - oops! There is that word
again.....hehehe). Well, what say we give them a try? I pray that
these same questions won't present too much of a challenge to anyone.)

A short while ago, while studying the topic of the judgment of death,
and pondering the significance and necessity for the invisible Spirit's
manifestation within a human body so that He might experience and
overcome death, and therein provide mankind with the "means" through
which they too might overcome death (and in the process inherit eternal
life with Jesus and live in a "mansion" that is so magnificent it has
taken our Lord these past 2,000 years to prepare it), that several
extremely important and very interesting questions began to bombard my
thoughts. Here they are for your consideration:

QUESTION #1 -
"What was the greatest element involved within the judgment of death
which God imposed upon Adam (and through him all mankind), which brought
into existence such an eternally devastating, and insurmountable problem
for all mankind, that it necessitated God's habitation of human flesh,
so that the plan of redemption which He had devised for the eternal soul
of man, might be effectuated?"

Wow! What a mouthful, huh? Hope ya'll got it all, and if not, then
please try reading it again. I don't even know if I can remember it all
myself, without reading it to make sure that I included everything that
I wanted to express :) So, with that one done, here's the next:

QUESTION #2 -
"Why was it essential that God's habitation of human flesh, be
accomplished by being born of 'the seed of the woman,' rather than by
Him simply creating a body for Himself from the 'dust of the ground,' in
the same fashion as He had accomplished in providing Adam his fleshly
body?"

I "think" (oh no! not that word again!) that the biblical-based answers
to these questions might prove to be rather enlightening to all who
would elect to make an investment of their time to search them out. And
I will assure everyone that their answers can be found recorded in the
Bible, although it might involve some time and work to locate them :)
Ifn ya'll jest plane ole can't find em, and jest insist real hard, or
become downright nasty and frustrated in yur atryin to do so, then I
guess there aint no cents in me afussin with ya bout it - I'll be glad
to tell you where they are :)

There now! Isn't that much better than getting all riled up, making
your stomach upset, or snared by all of this hear talk about
non-essential "stuff"? Well, I have to tell ya that I certainly "think"
so. After all, God saved me when I was asportin a mustache, and wasn't
dressed in anything at the time but a T-shirt and underpants :) (For
all you curious folks out there, I was lying in bed at the time,
confessing my sins to God and telling Him of my desperate "need" for His
salvation; and not at the altar in a church building :)) So, I believe
that ifn I ever got so down on luck, or jest so plain ole penniless that
I couldn't afford to buy myself a razor to shave with, somehow I jest
believe that He will still look upon me as one of His "favorite adopted
sons," and continue to listen to and answer all of my prayers. Don't
ya'll "think" so too? Please say yes! And ifn ya can't, then please
don't say anything at all, 'cause it jest aint worth is afussin bout,
right? :) I knew that you would agree. :)

I give up! That "thinking" word just keeps coming to the forefront of
my thoughts :) Do ya "think" maybe it has anything to do with the
commandment to "Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that
needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth"? How
could anyone do such a thing without doing a little "thinking" in the
process, huh? :) (Boy! Aren't I asmilin a terribl mite this evening,
not to mention the fact that I am jest abutcherin the english language,
and rel good too, heh? hehehe Might jest be that I am "happy IN
Jesus"! Whatta ya'll "think"? hehehe)

Now a note on the "serious" side - although I really have been "joking"
with everyone through my disregard of the rules for proper use of the
english language, I want you to know that this is about the "onliest"
kind of joking I "think" the Lord might be pleased with by any of His
chosen people :) (We are His "chosen people," are we not?) You see, I
didn't offend anyone, ethically speaking that is, (at least I hope that
I didn't), and I also didn't make reference to the color of anyone's
hair, be they male or female, either! Not bad, huh? And, my dear
brethren, while still in a "serious" tone concerning things here, I do
want to encourage everyone to give some "thought" concerning how they
might respond to the questions I have posted. After all, what if someone
who didn't already know their answers were to ask you these things? How
would you answer them?

In His service,
Bro. DEvans
