About on or in,
"in" is different from "on," For we are hid with Christ "in" God, Col
3:3 For ye are dead, and your life is hid with Christ in God.

Col 2:12 Buried with him in baptism, wherein also ye are risen with him
through the faith of the operation of God, who hath raised him from the
dead.
When I got baptized in Jesus name, I was buried with him "in baptism,"

The only time I could find "on to" in the bible was in: Hosea 6:3 Then
shall we know, if we follow on to know the LORD: his going forth is
prepared as the morning; and he shall come unto us as the rain, as the
latter and former rain unto the earth.

"if we follow on to know" Those who follow "on to" know, will come "in
to"
"IN" is a place of safety, Prov 18:10 The name of the LORD is a strong
tower: the righteous runneth into it, and is safe.

I thank my God I have received the mercy to run "into" Jesus name.

I do not believe "in" and "on" mean the the same thing, Phil 3:9 And be
found in him, not having mine own righteousness, which is of the law,
but that which is through the faith of Christ, the righteousness which
is of God by faith:
Found "in"
Lord Jesus "Please let me be found in You"
Col 2:10 And ye are complete in him, which is the head of all
principality and power:
"Holy Father, I thank you, my Lord God, that I am complete *in* Jesus."
I believed "on Him" but now I am "in him"
1 John 2:5 But whoso keepeth his word, in him verily is the love of God
perfected: hereby know we that we are in him.
We can "know that we are "in Him."

John 3:18 He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that
believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the
name of the only begotten Son of God.
I believed on Him and then I believed in the *name* enough to obey His
word. (Acts 2:38)
1 John 4:13 Hereby know we that we dwell in him, and he in us, because
he hath given us of his Spirit.

Gal 3:27 For as many of you as have been baptized into Christ have put
on Christ.
If Christ is "on us" then we must be "in Him," Christ "in you" the hope
of Glory. (Col 1:27)

in Christ = seventy six verses
on Christ = two verses
in God = thirty one verses
on God = Zero verses
in Jesus = seven verses
on Jesus = five verses
in him = one hundred eighteen verses (not all these verses speak of God,
as "in God")
on him = ninety verses (not all of these verses speak of God, other than
being the word of God)
