How don't know how current the online version of IBC's _Perspectives_
magazine (http://www.apostolic.edu/) is, but the issue currently on the
web says that the next issue will publish the opinions of UPC ministers
regarding facial hair.  From the web page --

I'll decline at the moment to address the beard issue, but it's
dangerous, IMO, to use the workplace as a model of what is appropriate
in the church.  We are a seperate people.
