Yes, but the concept is modesty is left as only an undefined term in
the scriptures.  Without pastoral teaching beyond the details
expounded in the Bible, you have opened the door to cultural
relativism in the definition of what constitutes modesty.  While this
in itself may be OK, many metropolitan area churches in the US are
very multi-cultural.  Which culture should be allowed to define
modesty?  I say it is the culture of the *CHURCH*, as led by the
pastor.
