Hi:
Have I worn you guys out since my inception a week ago? I have yet
another prayer request. I feel rather simple because my request is not
a life or death matter...it is just something that can affect my life
and my kids' lives forever.
I would just like to add that even though I do not reply to the
requests, I do pray for each and every request that comes across the
prairie net. And I thank you guys for this fellowship where I am
allowed to be me and share myself with you on a real level. Because of
my "position" at my local fellowship the situations and problems I have
been having I cannot realistically confess and because I find many
cannot deal with honesty on that level.
Anyway...my boyfriend/fiance is talking about marrying me again. We
went through this last year and on the day of the wedding he backed
down. I was devastated; I still love him and I still want to marry
him. I do feel that his walk with Christ (and I know that mine) has
been affected negatively by our past disobedience. It further
complicates matters that my kids are crazy about Tony. They want a
daddy so bad; yet I want to make sure he can handle the responsibility
of two kids (and more) and of being a husband...all in a godly manner.
I am requesting prayer for restoration for the both of us and that what
the devil meant for bad God will turn around for our good. We both
feel a call of God on our lives and are very frustrated about the state
of our walks with God. Please pray for us..we love each other so
much..we just want our relationship to be a godly, blessed one. Bless
you..Wenona
