<< Regretfully,
Because of the friends that I have made here at H_F, yet in spite of that I
 will be leaving H-F.

 Why?

The "attitudes", and spirits that have been expressed in past weeks and some
moderators support and participation in "holiness bashing". I have been
considering this for several weeks.
I am not a "charismatic" apostolic, nor am I going to be agreeing with this
type of posting. I dont like people who claim to be brothers and acting
holier than thou, because they think they have more love, more
tolerance....than others whom they are throwing "stones" at for the same
thing. And by doing so, are even more self righteous than the "holiest" holy
roller that our "broad minded brethren express so much disgust over!
If this were a impartial setting it might be worth staying; But it seems
conservative apostolics are not popular around here. And my posts, been
discarded if it bashed the ideals of the whoever was is in "charge" at that
time.
I have been oh so...... careful at times not to call out any one by name and
not to call anyone a name, and not to quote too many lines of anothers post
and to enclose the appropriate scripture references to back up my position. >>

I, too, am considering leaving H-F for some of the same reasons Sis. Lunsford
gave. It saddens me to see how much people have compromised with the world
and it's acceptance of wordly living on the premise of 'we need to love them
and accept them' type thinking. There still are churches that are growing
that still have a high standard of "holiness" living, but many seem to think
that any pastor that tells you how to live is stepping out of bounds. They
stereotype them as if they are Stalins or something. They seem to ignore a
lot of scriptures or twist them to their thinking that still puts the man of
God as our "Watchman on the Wall".

I have enjoyed being on H-F, but the grief I feel over a lot of the posts
outweigh the enjoyment of reading other posts that still uphold this
message...including standards of holiness.

I am so glad to have a pastor that cares enough about my soul to tell me of
the dangers of some things that may not necessarily be mentioned in the Bible
as sin, but God gives him the disernment to see the danger in involving
ourselves in those things that may be "weights that so easily beset us".

May God Bless You All.....
