I write:
Just because there are isolated gossips in a church doesn't mean that
we can indict the Church for gossiping. No doubt, there are those
types in every assembly, but you cannot characterise an entire church
(let alone an entire movement) based on the talebearing actions of a
few (and of course the demographics may be different in different
congregations).
