I sure hope you do not condemn anyone..
Romans8:1 "There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in
Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit."
Romans 8:33,34"Who shall lay any thing to the charge of God's elect? It
is God that justifieth.[34]Who is he that condemneth? It is Christ that
died, yea rather, that is risen again, who is even at the right hand of
God, who also maketh intercession for us."
To me the Bible clearly states who has the right to judge/condemn
anyone...GOD! And after he/she is condemned by God..examine the ending
of the scriptures on how God will justify/ or how He will interceed for
us!..or still give mercy unto anyone who falls short of the Word of God!

Maybe you should re think your opinion...we *are not given power of God
to judge among bretheren*...please read again and try not to find
scriptures that give us the right to judge!
To me the whole of I Chor6:1-8 says that it is wrong to judge..it is
saying that there is no one able to truely judge between the
brethren...besides God ! [the scriptures you quoted are for dealing with
brethren who have ought enough between themselves who go to court
against each other] I think the following versed were a synical example
from the original author to the judgemental attitudes saints! [if I'm
wrong please correct my error of thinking that God is the only one who
has a right to judge!]
Even in I chor 5:1-13 He was refering to people who did err from the way
of righteous holy living..but he also concluded with..in verse 12 of
chapter 5 of I Chor..."But them that are without[ holy righteous living]
*God judgeth*."

If I'm wrong I'm willing to take a rebuttle from you! =o)
Seeking dwell in unity with un-judgmental brethren.....with deepest
