OK amist all of the multiple responses..sometimes all this gets
confusing who wrote what..but this is my one and only response to anyone
who thinks Bro.Tyler [sinned and thus should be labeled a unspiritual
person]...please take him out from under your microscope! Do you
honestly realize how much of our responses he has to edit...!
And this is for all the other responses to the people who have openly
expressed apologies for jumping quickly at the original joke...Lord
bless all of you!
Will we have enough "charity" within us to let this matter rest...It's
under the blood of Jesus with repentance...and it's not our job to keep
remembering any *alleged* sin we may think has happened...let's take off
that judge badge again! [It's not our job...I'm personally glad God is
the last and only true judge that counts...if some of you were
God..no-one would stand a chance to make it into Heaven!]
YOU:
> >I see now why people don't want to have anything to do with
> > Apostolics! We can
> >be so unforgiving at times...and guess what? Those of you who are
> unforgiving,
> >you better check with Jesus to see how many of YOUR sins are still > >>lying at his feet unforgiven!!!
My response for the below statement:
You honestly think God wants new babes born into a church where He knows
there is no mercy...of course not...{I feel God may honestly not want a
" spiritual abortion " to accur to someone not yet born of the Holy
Ghost!}
YOU:
> How many times has a church
> had the same attendance for years, has had a river of folks run > > through it that never stay (for whatever reason),
> and has an increasingly bad > reputation in town?
> And you wonder why it's so.
> Bro "the forgiven one" Tyler
ME:
Let's all pray about this "measuring rod of
holiness[standards, actions, deeds, etc.]" we carry around as a weapon
against brethren or people visiting seeking God in our assemblies! Who
do we think we are for judging, or holding attitudes...If we judge
someones actions all the time ..are we then in return being given the
same amount of judgement among people. {example:..some judge people for
the least bit of anything...in return...people in church then judge and
avoid people who are always judges...so lets all dwell together in
unity!}
Psalms 133:1 "Behold, how good and how pleasant it is for brethren to
dwell together in unity!"
I Peter 4:8-9
"And above all things have feverent charity among yourselves: for
charity shall cover the multitude of sins.[9] Use hospitality one to
another without grudging"
**NOTE**You are only as happy as what you let yourself dwell on!
Sis.[don't mean to sound so negative..but have my steel toe boots on for
any responses to lighten the blow]Winn
