Yes and for you newbies, we did a discussion of this recently. Please do take the H-F tour and brouse the archives on a regular basis.

You can search the archives or just point your browser to the following two excellent programs which are available for download for free. These are "light" programs which do not allow all the features of the full version, but are none the less free.

Http://www.eudora.com  has both a 16-bit (win 3.1) and a 32-bit (win 95/98) version. Tyler uses the 32 bit and until recent upgrades, I used the 16 bit version very happily.

Http://www.calypso.com also has an award winning e-mail program, but just for Win95. There are a few others for use in Unix systems, but those with Unix are already using the best, since they use Unix. That was in the archives as well.
