Oh but do you know that if you retain a lawyer, it just delays the case.=
The Ins company wants a quick settlement and not everyone is entitled to=
$30,000. (you must have had some serious complications for that award)=
Also the lawyer, and let's not get started on how crooked they are, well=
he will probably take at least 30%. I used to work inside a claims office=
for one of the largest Property/Casuality Insurers, and the claims rep=
just wanted to get the pile of claims off the desk and out of their hair.=
The Ins co is afraid of huge bills due to the lawyer suing. My wife was in=
an accident. The driver, who was not the owner of the truck he was=
driving, blew a stop sign and spun my wife around. The truck owner had XXX=
Ins and XXX only gave us $500 to settle. We could have delayed the case=
and hired a lawyer, but we needed the cash. Our car was repaired to our=
satisfaction and the rental bill was paid, so we decided to not retain a=
lawyer and used the money for camp meeting last year. If you do some=
investigation, you may find you have a company that is not too fast at=
paying the bills and if you have a company that cuts corners all the time,=
you may need to consider changing companies. Also the lowest rate is not=
 the best company.
