Mixed Up List

• Messages sorted by:[ date ][ thread ][ subject ][ author ]

I have my mail in order by the time and date "received".  What I've been
noticing is that the "replies" to a given message are being distributed (or
at least "received" by my computer) *before* the original message.  There
is nothing I can do about it because the messages of a given thread appear
to be in random order, not necessarily reverse order.  Either my server is
slow in receiving some messages, or the distribution of them is out of
whack.  This only just started recently (like in the past couple of weeks).
 Before that, the messages were in correct chronological order.
