No...he believes that tongues are the evidence of the "baptism" of the Holy
Ghost, but the "infilling" comes when you accept Christ. I could support
my point with scriptures, but I've never heard of this "2nd work of grace" 
stuff until the other day, and wanted to know what that was all about and
where it came from.
