This is a promise "shall attain" just like Acts 2:38 *shall receive.
As Pentecostals we need to know that *shall* and *will* are two entirely
different words.
We couldn't say Acts 2:38 was a promise, if it said "will receive", it's
God's will for all to be saved but *shall * all be saved?
The New American Standard is really out of line, totally, on this point.
