Praise the Lord Brothers and Sisters,
I happened to flip to the Trinity Broadcasting Network and saw a
movie on. I decided to watch a while. As the name implies, this is
a "Trinitarian, Jesus=1/3, JUST BELIEVE AND THOU SHALT BE SAVED!--Oh,
you sinned and refuse to repent? Well HALLELUJAH! YOU'RE STILL
SAVED!!" type evangelical station. Well, I had seen them baptising
once and, of course, it was in the name of the Father, the Son, and
of the Holy Ghost. (Now, this *name* is Jesus, but they have been
blinded to this). Well, I watched the movie that they had produced
themselves (TBN) and as Paul was baptized, Annanias (Sp?) said "I
baptize thee, Paul, in the Name of Jesus for the remmission of your
sins." How can they preach "easy-believe" and yet show a movie that
affirms that baptism is in order for the remmission of your sins.
How can they preach "F, S, HG just as the good book says" and yet
show a video in which baptism was administered Biblically according
to the NAME of the one God (Jesus!)? This experience moved me in so
much as to show me the terrible condition the "church" (In other
words, church being any group of people that beleive in Jesus) is in
today. When the Bible so clearly teaches something, we choose to
take the popular belief over God's Word. Let us pray that God's
Word reaches these "saved ones" before they are lost forever in a
burning Hell. Let us get a burden for our "church-going" neighbors
who belong to the Baptist, Methodist, 7th Day Avent., Catholic, or
Mormon church. Let us even get a burden for our neighbors who
worship at the "Full-gospel" church down the road. Yes, that means
we need a burden for our "AOG, Charasmatic, Charasmatic
[Pentecostal]" friends for they 'have a form of godliness but deny
the power thereof.' May God bless you as you endeavor to preach the
Word of the One, True and Living God. AKA JESUS!

I affirm the biblical foundation for a relationship with God: We are
to turn away from doing wrong, be baptized in the name of Jesus in
accordance with scriptural examples, receive the marvelous gift of
the Holy Spirit, and embrace a daily walk with Him. (See Acts 2:38)

God bless you and keep you in His wonderful grace!
