Blindly led sheep are rubbing me wrong. People who listen intently to their
ministers, but have obviously never cracked open a bible to see for them-
selves what God is requiring of us.

It's really a shame when people take opinion and here-say and turn it into
Gospel for all to behold. I don't believe God is pleased with that. I state
once again. I have many convictions in which I believe strongly. However, I
have matured enough to realize that I cannot impose my convictions on
ANYONE else, regardless of their fervency in MY life.

I think the whole key issue here is "spiritual (and natural for that matter)
maturity". Many on this list lack it, hence making accusations and
judgements against brethen of different "standards".

I know exactly where they are coming from, because I used to be there...
prolly even more so than most people here. I used to believe that you
weren't saved if you wore certain colors, ate certain foods, owned certain
items...HAD MONEY AND EDUCATION...

But guess what? I read my Bible one day (well, not all in one day), and
realized that God has no such commandments. Through experience I
realized that God cares primarily about OUR SOULS and the condition
of our hearts...not our panty-hose and hair-styles.
