Seriously though...

Being married can be a tremendous blessing if (and only if) both
parties are 100% committed to God (first) and one another.

On a different note (something I have been thinking about lately)
I have heard people give the excuse when they have problems in
their marriage that they shouldn't have married who they did
because it wasn't in God's will--like it was doomed to fail or
something.  I can't buy this.  I think that is our choice who we
are going to marry and God will honor our choice and try to help
us.  I think several individuals have the potential to be "the
ONE" for any given individual on the planet, but it boils down to
"the one" we choose (well, they have to choose you too).  If both
parties meet the qualifications of being committed to God and
each other the marriage will be wonderful.  We can't blame our
neglect of the marriage on some crazy idea about "God's will."
